What is the least number of cartons I can purchase? Our minimum order amount is any combination of 4 cartons or 4 items. Shipping fees are included in our pricing and are factored based on the average weight and cost of shipping 4 cartons. Yes that is basically free shipping. What is the maximum order amount? You may order as many cartons as you wish; there is no limit. Why must I be 21 or older to buy cigarettes from you? 18 is the legal age in my State!
